Creating your customer account

We offer you the option to log into the customer account by connecting to your existing Facebook, Google or Yahoo account (connection through social networks). To connect, you are redirected to the page of your social network (Facebook, Google or Yahoo), where you can log in with your user data. Thus, your Facebook, Google, or Yahoo profile is linked to the customer account in the Online Store. Making purchases in the Online Store
You can make purchases only if you have activated a customer account, place some products in the shopping cart and subsequently launch an order. You can make purchases on the Online Store's website and through the messenger of your Facebook account (which you log into from your account on our site) or through the Call Center service, after you first accept the Terms and Conditions of the Online Store.– Each time you launch an order we will collect and process the following data:o first and last name;o delivery and billing address;o phone number.– When we confirm your order, or notify you that the products have arrived at the pick-up points, we will process:o the phone number and, where appropriate, the e-mail address to inform you about the status of your order/delivery.

Payment for purchases/refund of payment in case of product return/order cancellation

We may transmit some of your personal data to the competent authorities or public institutions, when the law requires us to (e.g. the investigation of frauds; the prevention of money laundering; the submission of declarations, financial statements to the fiscal authorities, etc.), or we may transmit these data to the judicial courts when we defend ourselves in court, or before other public authorities.
Access of auditors and consultants
If we decide in the future to dispose of the shares or the business of the online store we will offer access or transmit to the auditors and consultants of the potential buyer(s) the data of our customers for the performance of the audit necessary for the acquisition of the shares/business.
